**2. Cancellation:** As a valued member, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, simply follow the cancellation instructions provided within your account settings.

**3. Nature of Our Service:** Uploadmgr is not a music distributor and is not affiliated with any music distribution companies such as TuneCore or DistroKid. We act solely as an assistant to you, the music artist, facilitating various tasks related to music management but not officially distributing your music.

**4. Takedown Notices:** Uploadmgr is not liable for any takedown notices issued by music distribution platforms or other entities. Any consequences arising from content infringement or violations are the sole responsibility of the artist.

**5. Music Samples:** Uploadmgr is not responsible for the inclusion of any music samples in your uploads. It is your responsibility to ensure that all samples used comply with copyright laws and licensing agreements.

**6. Legal Representation:** Uploadmgr is not acting on behalf of music artists but as an assistant to artists in managing their music-related tasks. We are not subject to any legal action or lawsuits related to your music or collaborations.

**7. Collaborator Agreements:** We assume that you have appropriately handled all business agreements with collaborators, producers, and any other parties involved in your musical projects before engaging our services.

**8. Third-Party Claims:** Uploadmgr is not liable for any third-party claims, including but not limited to claims from music companies or copyright holders. Any legal or financial obligations arising from such claims are your responsibility.

**9. Operating Under Artist Guidance:** We operate under your guidance as the music artist. Our role is to assist and facilitate your music management tasks, following your directives.
